By participating in any surf instruction or activities facilitated by Beyond Surf SD, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing, a physically demanding sport that poses the potential for serious injury. Despite Beyond Surf SD's commitment to the highest standards of safety, facilitated by our team of highly trained and certified surf instructors who rigorously adhere to established safety protocols, it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with the sport.
You hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond Surf SD, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or injuries, including death, that may be sustained during or in connection with participation in surf lessons, activities, or use of Beyond Surf SD's equipment, whether arising from the act, failure to act, or negligence of Beyond Surf SD, its personnel, or other participants.
By signing this waiver, you confirm that you understand the risks involved in surfing and voluntarily assume all responsibility for your participation in any surf instruction, activities, or use of equipment provided by Beyond Surf SD.
